We hit the jackpot when we were referred to Kevin Fruh to help us find our dream home. Kevin Fruh is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has years of experience. He was persistent and found just the right home for us. He, and his assistant Rachel, were extremely helpful and courteous in promptly attending to and solving any issues or questions we had. Kevin's guidance made the process go more smoothly than we could have anticipated.
We've bought and sold 8 houses and Kevin was the best realtor we've used by far. He is honest and trustworthy. We never felt pressured and always felt that he was acting in our best interest. His staff is also excellent, especially Rachel who is a gem! I can't make a stronger recommendation.

So I'm here to tell you that Kevin (and his assistant Rachel) did a great job! Kevin drove 90 minutes to our home to see what we currently lived in, so he could have it in his mind what we were looking for. His picture was clear and he really helped us. All along the way, he steered us in the right direction, acting partly as our psychotherapists and keeping us (relatively) calm. We made only two offers and with the first one, while we came in 2nd out of 16 bidders, he saved us from getting hosed like the eventual buyer did. When we finally found our current home, Kevin made quick work of the deal and we are now happily situated …
