Meet Kevin
A real estate advisor for nearly two decades, Kevin Fruh is a broker regarded for his unrivaled local insight and top-tier client care on Cape Ann and along the New England coast.
In 2005, Kevin returned to Newburyport to begin a career in residential development and quickly discovered his passion for helping others navigate the buying and selling process.
Kevin’s business is driven by results, but also his love of people and the connections he forges along the way. With a “service not sales” philosophy, he has guided his clients through some of life’s greatest milestones—from the purchase of a first home to the decision to downsize years later.
He is an ideal partner for buyers and sellers of new construction and expertly partners with clients at all price points and in all stages of life.
In 2018, Kevin and his wife Alison launched Fruh Realty, an independent real estate firm serving buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The firm’s curated group of agents has had the honor of helping hundreds of people achieve their goals in these sought-after regions, and in 2023, Kevin merged Fruh Realty with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty to unlock new opportunities for his agents and their clients in the ever-changing real estate market.
Kevin has received several top producer accolades and is among the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide. In 2023, he was named the #1 Agent in Essex County, and #1 Agent in Greater Newburyport and is recognized annually in the America's Best Real Estate Professionals report by RealTrends + Tom Ferry. Kevin is also a proud member of REALM, the leading global real estate membership network of top agents.
While on the board of the Newburyport Education Foundation, Kevin helped increase private funding to the public school system to benefit the community at large. He currently serves on the board of the Windham Woods School, a center of learning for students and families looking for a dynamic, individualized, and supportive educational setting.
